SHIPPING
N.B. Regretfully, we have had to increase our shipping prices. We hate having to do this, but have recently been making a loss on postage! We hope customers understand.
Shipping is FREE FOR ALL ORDERS £30 AND OVER. (UK only)
£1.50 (for orders up to £10) £2.00 (for orders £10-£19.99) £3.50 (for orders £20-£29.99)
Your order will be posted to you using Royal Mail facilities, second class, using standard 'Packet' rates, or standard 'Parcels' rate for weight over 1.5 kilos. You should receive it within 1-5 days. We will endeavour to inform you by email if there are any postal disputes etc, to the best of our knowledge, which may delay the receipt of your order.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO GO THROUGH THE CHECKOUT and would prefer to pay by cheque, that's fine. Just email us your order at mail@herbaltincturesonline.co.uk giving your name and address, and if you wish, a contact telephone number. Alternatively, you can write to us at : THE COTTAGE, GLASTONBURY, BA6 8LN, SOMERSET, UK., and send your written order with your cheque. (Please print clearly.)

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN POST.
Occasionally, damage or loss can occur, which is outside of our control. Please let us know within 1 month, if any item you ordered is lost or damaged in transit. We will endeavour to replace your order, if we are informed within this time. Unfortunately, outside of this time-frame, no claim or replacement can be made.
ITEM(S) OUT OF STOCK........
If, in the event that the item(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible, giving you the option of either cancelling your order, or waiting for back-ordering. If this should be the case, please allow 14-21 days for delivery.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after completion of the payment procedure. You will receive an email from us as confirmation of your order, usually within a few hours. Although your order will, under normal circumstances, be posted either the same day as the payment procedure is completed, or the next day, to allow for unforeseen events, please allow a total of 21 days for delivery.
OVERSEAS ORDERS.
If you wish to order from outside the UK please email us first at: mail@herbaltincturesonline.co.uk We are happy to supply overseas customers, but as the postal rates will be very different from those within the UK, postage will have to be adjusted accordingly. A Paypal EMAIL INVOICE will be set up for you, with which you can pay easily and quickly via the secure Paypal system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS...............(And your rights.)
We hope that your shopping experience with us will be a positive and happy one. But we must give you the small print. So here it is..............
* Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after completion of the payment procedure. You will receive an email from us as confirmation of your order, usually within a few hours. Although your order will, under normal circumstances, be processed immediately, to allow for unforeseen events, please allow 21 days for delivery.
*You have a right to cancel your order with us any time up to 14 working days after the conclusion of the contract of sale, even if you have already received the goods. You may cancel by emailing us at : mail@herbaltincturesonline.co.uk
*Your payment made (including postal costs if goods were returned as a result of being in faulty condition which is obviously the fault of the Supplier, or if cancellation was made before postage) will be returned to you in full.
*During this 14 working day cancellation period, you are entitled to cancel without having to give us any explanation for doing so. (ie. you have the right to cancel if you simply change your mind about the order.)
*If you have already received the goods ordered and wish to cancel for any other reason excepting the receipt of faulty goods where it is clearly the Supplier's error (ie. the goods themselves are faulty in content, or are not packaged for postage adequately) it is expected that you will bear the cost of postage on the returned goods.
*If any substitute goods are provided, and you decide this substitution is unacceptable, you have the right to return the goods to us, giving us written notice by either email or letter, and we will return both payment for goods and postage in full.
*You (the customer) are responsible for keeping goods you intend to return to us in good condition, and for ensuring they are posted back to us with appropriate wrappings and protection for postage.
*Any returns made which show any tampering with contents, or any contents missing, or any damage to sealings, bottle, or label, will not be refunded.
*If any fraudulent use of a payment card (ie. debit or credit card) has taken place in respect of a distance contract, the customer is entitled to cancel any payment made.
*Very occasionally we have a sudden 'rush' of sales on an item, which cannot be predicted. In this case, we have to prepare a fresh batch of tincture. As this process takes a few weeks, there may be waiting time if this item is ordered. We always give warning of this in the SHOP, and advise that if the customer does wish to purchase the item immediately, there will be a waiting time for receipt.

(PRIVACY)............Your personal details, (name, email address, postal address, telephone no., or any other data you provide us with to successfully complete your order), will not be used for any other purpose, nor will those details be disclosed to any third party, excepting the administrator of your payment contract; (ie. PayPal.)
Your personal details will be stored on our computer for a limited period only, in order to complete the transaction of the ordering of goods. After the 14 working day cooling-off period, those details will be deleted. If you wish to re-order, you will have to set up a new contract of sale. Your 'sensitive' data (ie credit-card number, etc), NEVER enters our system at all, and is dealt with securely ONLY on the Paypal checkout.
